First-rate and impeccably clean place to stay in, it has extremely helpful and really helpful staff from housekeeping to reception to breakfast staff that caters to every request. The rooms are well furnished and well-appointed with view at ararat mountain. There is a climate control, a kettle, and an iron - that's always a plus. The hotel is in the central location to areas of interest on foot.

The hotel serves large and warm breakfasts with ample of options for all. Our property is set in a central location just off a Lebanese restaurant called Taboulleh and bars and the republic square via English Park.

The hotel had excellent staff, clean and modern rooms, and great facilities. We loved the purple light in the shower and the complimentary steam bath and ice shower at the SPA. The location was convenient, just a short walk to a Lebanese restaurant called Taboulleh and the city center where we enjoyed the singing fountains show. The hotel also provided fresh-baked cookies upon check-in.

Had a new-fashioned and silent room with music and good housekeeping, for instance, and I couldn't ask for more. The breakfast was large with ample of options for all, and all the food was great.
